"Don't Know How To More Strongly Express How Pleased We Are" 

"I know you've probably already gotten the word, but I'm just reporting that the window job was completed this evening.  Jean and I don't know how to more strongly express how pleased we are at this point.  The windows all look great and we want to highly commend the entire crew that did the installation.  The men were all professional, courteous and highly skilled in their trade.  We were somewhat concerned before the job began, imagining that the disruption would be painful.  It was nothing like we expected; the crew all worked well in fulfilling our wishes and were not intrusive the least bit, frankly, we had quite a good time with them all over the entire week.  We only hope that we were able to make their job more pleasant also.  I was able to take a few days off work and they accommodated me extremely well, allowing me to easily change over my alarm wiring.  As I told you earlier, this was a great concern to me and it turned out to be a non-player.

"So thank you very much for helping make this conversion go so well.  Please extend our sincere thanks to the crew for a job extremely well done; and please pass that on to those managers in the company that need to be aware of their extraordinary performance.  AVI is certainly fortunate to have such a skilled crew installing their windows.

"We were discussing the future and trying to decide when to finish off the remaining windows on the third floor.  We would like to do it in the Spring after the pollen has settled and it is a bit warmer for the guys.  We would also like to put in our request to have the same crew do that installation for us.  We don't have their last names but I know you have the list of who all came out.  Please maintain that list in our file so that you know who to send out in the Spring.  We would really appreciate it if you could make that happen.  We can discuss the schedule for a measuring session at a later date.

"Installers Arrived On Time and Worked Steadily Through the Day"

"On Friday 10/15 [AVI] installed the Marvin windows at our home. We are very pleased with the initial quality of the windows and very pleased with the installers. The installers arrived on-time, introduced themselves and worked steadily throughout the day. They encountered 2 issues (one window casing not square to the new window and one window appx 5/16" taller than the casing opening). As soon as they encountered these issues they brought them to my attention and they provided suggested solutions. We discussed several solutions and they implemented the solution I chose. The solutions worked well and I am well satisfied. They caulked all the windows inside and out and cleaned the work areas very well. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner. It is rare to receive the level of customer service that AVI provided and I want to recognize their efforts. They are a valuable asset for AVI & Marvin." --L. S.
