Brian Barrett, Commercial Architectural Support
Brian has worked at Super Enterprises for almost 10 years in the Architectural Department, now currently in the AVI division. His responsibilities include creating AutoCAD drawings, coordinating projects between general contractors, homeowners and AVI, and securing special pricing from Marvin Windows and Doors. He has a business degree from Auburn University and has been working in the window industry for over 25 years.
Cathy Hickis, Showroom Sales Consultant
Cathy joined AVI on February 9, 2015 bringing over 20 years experience in sales. She is a graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta with a degree in Residential Interior Design. She owned her own Art Studio in Florida for 5 years before joining Home Depot as in In Home Sales Consultant and worked in their Exteriors Division selling windows, insulation, siding and gutters. She also has experience as a Real Estate broker, primarily working for owners of apartment complexes that were renovating and turning them into Cooperative Units for sale. AVI is proud to have her running the showroom in Buckhead and assisting the team.
Charles Lorentz, Installation Specialist
Charles has over 30 years experienece in the construction industry, from residential to commerical. He has experience in all phases of the residential market and enjoys interaction with his clients. With over 20 years experience in sales, design, project management and consulting, this Military Vet is a valuable member of the AVI team. He has built his last two homes and enjoys the process of bringing the trade and artisan professionals together to work for a common goal in a scheduled environment.
Chris House, Project Manager Residential Sales
Chris brings over 34 years of sales experience in the Lumber & Building Materials industry. Prior to joining AVI, he held different sales and sales management positions with different companies, including LMC, L-P, US GreenFiber & Andersen windows. He brings an extensive amount of product knowledge to AVI. Chris is a native of Atlanta and lives in the Brookhaven area.
Chris Johnston, Operations Manager
Chris’ current position is rooted in his broad experience with AVI and Super Enterprise since 1998. His many roles have included logistics, post sales service, and Renovation and Remodeling Specialist consulting for contractors and dealers, while also serving as an accredited instructor for the Installation Masters program. He is also a Marvin certified installer. As Operations Manager, Chris leads service, shipping, receiving, and installation crews.
Dale Schmitz, Commercial Business Developer
In addition to his role as a business developer, Dale also manages commercial projects from design or specification to completion. He calls on architects, contractors, homeowners, and developers to initiate contact on a specific project or to build awareness of the Marvin brands for potential use in future projects. Dale Graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a major in economics and a business minor in marketing. While living in Minnesota, Dale worked for Marvin Windows and Doors in both sales and marketing.
Heather Elsberry, Contractor Sales
Heather works throughout the metro Atlanta area with contractors, builders, remodelers, and architects and assists homeowners in the Buckhead Marvin Design Gallery showroom. She has been selling the Marvin family of products since 1994 with previous Marvin distributors and dealers in the Atlanta area and joined AVI Marvin in May of 2009. Heather has completed the Installation Master program and is a certified Installer.
Josh Brandt, Project Manager - Residential Sales
Josh has over a decade of construction and remodeling experience in design and project management. His vast experience and education in building science provides a deep understanding of how everything in the home works as a system toward the common goal of consistent comfort, efficiency and beauty. Josh grew up in metro Atlanta, and has a clear understanding of what many homeowners in the area want and need when it comes to their home improvement projects.
Katie Yielding Hughes, Architectural Consultant AIA, LEED AP
Katie assists architects with specifying Marvin Windows and Doors. She is a licensed architect and accredited LEED professional and has been with the company since May of 2006. Katie received her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee in 1999. Before joining the AVI team, she worked as an intern architect for five years in the metro Atlanta area.
Mark Cantrall, Trade Sales
Mark has 26 years of sales experience; the last 15 of which have been with premium windows and doors. He has sold Marvin products for over 5 years. Mark has extensive knowledge of the fenestration industry and all of the major brands, so he is able to assist homeowners, builders and architects to interpret and choose the best products for their needs. Mark has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
Mitch Gillentine, Sr Territory Manager
Mitchell is the Senior Territory Manager for Northern Georgia, as well as working out of both AVI showroom locations in Alpharetta and Buckhead. Mitchell is a graduate of business administration from the University of Tennessee (Knoxville). He has been selling premium windows and doors in the Georgia market for 32 years. For the last 18 years, Mitchell has been selling the Marvin family of products.
Mitch Lewandowski, Commercial Division Manager
Mr. Lewandowski is an experienced business leader including owning 2 window and door companies and having done business in over 60 countries and on projects over 1MM square feet. Taking the role of strategic business partner, Mr. Lewandowski’s focus is on growing the businesses of his partners which include key developers, owners, architects and builders. From initial team selection and project evaluation discussing goals and concerns to navigating product selection and installation services, Mr. Lewandowski’s business approach is a time proven model for your success. Mr. Lewandowski and his team look forward to working with you to grow your business, one project at a time.
Natasha Pankey, Inside Sales
Natasha has been with AVI since September of 2012. She comes to AVI with over 9 years experience in the building industry and she has been working with the Marvin family of products since 2006. She assists with quoting of the products as well as scheduling all the installs of In-Home sales.
Peter Morrison, President
Peter has 22 years experience selling Marvin Windows and Doors. After graduating college in 1987, Peter began a career as an estimator for a Marvin wholesaler. In 1998 he went into outside sales calling on architects and builders. He then took the opportunity to open distribution in Georgia. In 2009 he became President of the southeast division and a founding member and President of Architectural Visions Inc (AVI), the retail portion of the company which serves metro Atlanta.
Ray Carroll, Inside Retail Sales Coordinator
Ray has been with AVI since February of 2009 and has over 40 years in the building materials industry. He assists with quoting of the products which AVI offers and AutoCAD drawings of Marvin Windows and Doors, working from the Alpharetta location. He received his BA from Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga.
Scott Griffin, Trade Sales
Scott has over 30 years of experience in the window and door industry. After graduating from Murray State University in 1977, he started his career by assembling windows for a local millwork company in downtown Atlanta. In 1983, Scott accepted a regional account manager position with Truth Hardware. He spent the next 15 years assisting manufacturers, including Marvin, with the design of their window and door product lines. He later went on to pursue another opportunity as a national sales manager in the engineered wood industry. In 2005, Scott joined forces with a local building supply company and launched their first Marvin showroom. He joined AVI in Dec. 2012 and brings with him nine years of sales experience specifically with Marvin and Integrity products. He has a strong rapport with builders, remodelers and homeowners throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area.
Scott Wright, Service Technician
Scott Wright is the Service Technician for AVI and has been with the company since 2004. He handles all service requests for Marvin Window and Door products. His territory covers the state of Georgia. Scott has completed the Installation Master program and is a certified Installer.
Tim Borden, Sales Consultant
Tim joined AVI in March of 2014 and brings over 20 years experience in the building materials industry. Previously, Tim spent almost 10 years as the Atlanta Sales Rep for VELUX Skylights calling on Architects, Builders, Remodelers, and Roofers. Tim has an Associates in Business and studied Spanish at Georgia State University. His hobbies include weight training, hiking, playing guitar and riding his motorcycle through the mountains of North Georgia.
Tom Zakucia, Residential Services
Tom joined AVI in February 2009 and has over 26 years of experience in construction related industries with an emphasis on custom millwork and doors for the past 13 years. Tom received his BA in finance from Walsh College in Michigan.
